Was suppose to be delivered 2 weeks ago,never did!!!

Absolutely the most exhausting experience is trying to get through to a call center and then to be told to call another department when in fact the first department you call is the correct one, a few weeks ago I received a call from the delivery guys telling me they are going to deliver the next day ,I wait ,I call at about 2pm asking and confirming they say telkom requested the device back which confuses me.

I am so annoyed and I do not want to explain when I called the callcenter as they are completely useless please email me and contact me I’d much rather explain over the phone.
