Was handed over

I was once again handed over last week as per VVM Debt Collectors for an account I made arrangement for and payed R1200 out of the R2700 I was owing after it says bad debt written off on my credit report.<br> <br> Lyndie Magor was supposed to get back to me after I send her the POP.<br> Seems like I am faced with unprofessionalism, I cannot deal with this anymore I have sleepless nights and it is affecting my health I went out of my way to pay that R1200 and still Lyndie is not responding to my mails once again to make further arrangement of the balance I have had enough and will be involving my lawyers now. And Telkom mobile/ 8ta will be liable for all cost and causing me stress, they will pay me more than the 1500 I owe them. I am sick and tired of this nonsense giving people positions when they don't know how to speak to a customer. I also worked for a collections dep and I know of customer service. You are getting worse by the day with your service.
