WARRENTEE ***** AT TELKOM DIRECT - LIBERTY MIDLANDS MALL!!!!!!

TELKOM DIRECT LIBERTY MIDLANDS MALL **** : My mom is a sick pensioner and even though her phone was in warrantee Telkom Direct at the Liberty Mall accepted the phone and then rejected the claim stating the phone had been damaged but it was checked and was never cracked. They are refereeing us to different managers who all say that there is nothing that they can do about it. This is ***** and despicable. Please do not support Telkom they mock old people and have no customer service and they do not communicate directly at all even though the name is " Telkom Direct '
