Warranty ********

My phone of under 1 year and still within warranty has been deemed out of warranty because the touch screen stopped working, phone is in excellent condition no dents not cracks but they claiming i put it under my pillow OR in my tight jeans so thats what damanged the touch screen...now they want to charge me a fee to fix it
