Warranty not covering damage.
I am honestly unhappy about this whole thing. I purchased a phone on 21 December 2019 on contract. A separate contract was created because the lady could not do an update. This is not the biggest issue. I am ok with that and I kept paying the contract and eventually got an upgrade. However last week, my phone just stopped charging, I then took it to the store for repairs on the warranty because it has not even been a year. I received an email today stating that my phone is out of warranty and I have to pay R3004.00 I have insurance with the device and I will not be paying access fees for something I did not do. I never dropped the phone, no water damage or anything. The issue is that I now have to pay for the contract that I cannot change my mind about, then pay some extra money to fix a device that should be charging. This is upsetting! People should not be typing reviews to get good service or answers. An agent was suppose to call me and that never happened. So what now?
