Warning to the public:Do not take a contract with Telkom no matter how cheap the Deal is. The customer Service is non existent

I wrote a review a month ago regarding a query that hasn't been resolved. Guess what telkom didn't respond and they still have not resolved my query.

In short I cancelled my contract last year November and was *******ly debited twice after the cancellation. I call them once a week to get feedback on when my refund will be processed and they say their turnaround time is up to 21 days.

Today is 30 days and the agent has informed me that a credit has been passed and I should now wait until 1 April 2020 for it to reflect and then only they can begin to transfer the credit into my account.

What kind of organisation is this???
