WARNING !!!! Telkom sell SIMs you can’t use. As part of my Telkom fibre package I received a sim with 2 gb per month. I have been using it for years in an iPhone 7. The iPhone broke and am trying to use it in two modern & different Samsung phones with no success. Hove phoned Telkom technical, Telkom mobile and customer care who said I must go into the telkom store which I did. The person there did a sim swap and it still does not work !!! Tells me the problem is with the handset and all good on the Telkom side and that the sim is not compatible with the phone. I have spent hours on the phone and going into speak to Telkom ... nothing left to do but change network.
