WARNING: TELKOM FINRITE INSURANCE ARE **********!!!!

Telkom encouraged me to take insurance with Finrite!! I had to review Telkom Insurance at least one star because it wouldn't allow me to write a review with zero stars. Finrite Telkom insurance is pathetic! I started a claim in June 2019 (over one year ago) and I still do not have my cellphone (Samsung Galaxy S10+) which was ******. They have been happily deducting their premiums every month since last year June, and they happily accepted my excess payment as well! After countless emails, with no response and telephone calls that leave you on hold for hours on end I have still gotten no where with Finrite Telkom Insurance. Now they are telling me that they allegedly tried to contact me on June 3rd 2020, to tell me that my policy lapsed in February 2020 and mind you , I made my excess payment months before they allegedly tried to contact me, because they requested my excess payment on February 3rd 2020. Now they are refusing to give me back my excess payment of R2788 and they are also refusing to give me my phone! This is disgusting client services! They have taken premiums for over a year as well as excess payments and I get nothing in return?! Finrite Telkom Insurance is beyond pathetic, they are ********** and after they convince you to give them thousands of rands they simply ignore you! I think I need to see my lawyers!
