WARNING - TELKOM FIBRE- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!

After getting fibre laid to our house, we app**** to change from ADSL TO FIBRE with Telkom on 24 Aug 2018 ( 7 months ago ) After spending many many many hours on the phone. Every time you call you wait a minimum of 10 min, normal waiting time 15-20 min. On average when they find it difficult you get cut off and start again. Trying to visit a Telkom branch is pointless as they can never shed any light and tell you to go home and sit on the phone to try sort it out. This is the worst service company I have dealt with in my life. My current call was answered after only 22 min. Now I'm on the next call.
