Warning: Telkom customer service is bad proceed with them at your own risk
<p>Okay so i needed a phone, app**** to telkom online and to cut a long story short i was approved and money was debited by Telkom from my account as agreed. The problem now is that the phone isnt being delivered and the call centre for Telkom mobile is non existent to put it kindly. On average i hold waiting for their so called first available consultant for 45 minutes before i hang up and i am not even exegarating.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
