Warning: stay away from any sort of Telkom contract!!!!!

I have such a bad history with Telkom that I do not even know where to start. Their service from the start was false. I called to arrange for Wifi, at the time I had to wait three days for the product, when it came and I queried when my wifi will work they told me three weeks, thats when i lost it because this information was not given to me over the initial telephone call. Furthermore they went on to deduct a debit order without me using their service, and when i come to think of it I never signed any papers. At the time i could reverse that deduction. Then stupid me went on to make use of their routers because the wifi would be available immediately. Keep in mind im suppose to be a CUSTOMER, im paying for the router wifi, they went on to instruct a debt collector to recover the money that was reversed, for the service i did not use!!!! Poor service to say the least, now this debt collect is still sending emails, this after i paid the debt collector i think like R800.00, not admiting any guilt but they called at inconvenient times and i wanted them to go away. I called the call centre numerous times to try and stop the wifi router deduction because i've moved on to AXXESS, which is great by the way, everytime I call in at Telkom call centre they transfer me to a department which does not answer calls or they tell me their system is offline, went into three branches and they tell me that i must call the call centre, i cannot cancel in branch, my wifi router is a month to month contract and im stuggling to get this cancelled, i even went to Capitec to cancel this debit order, to dispute this debit order but this morning there was another deduction. On Telkoms end they are starting to ***** from me and on Capitecs end this is now poor service. I just want to warn everybody to stay away from Telkom!! This happend to a lady on one of our neighbourhood groups as well!!! I reported it on the group wanted to find out if its just me getting the bad service turns out there is a few people dealing with this issue!! Im going to give a statement to the police today!
