WARNING, DO NOT USE TELKOM FIBER

I have been waiting a month now for my Fiber to be installed that I bought on Black Friday. The deal was that we will receive the 1st 3 months free and that installation will be included.

A fault was logged and someone came out to have a look. He said that it is not a fault, it should have been logged as a new installation.

We have not had any feedback regarding this issue as of yet. We were promissed a 7 day turn around time on the issue. This is extremely frustrating.
