WARNING DO NOT USE TELKOM

WARNING DO NOT USE TELKOM AS YOU INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER EVER !!!! If there was a minus rating Telkom would get the lowest rating possible. Doing this so that no one else has to go through what we have. We have fibre installed by Vumatel with Telkom as out Internet Service Provider. 2 months ago our internet service mysteriously stopped. After days worth of telephone callas and emails and being shuffled between Telkom and Vumatel call centres each saying the fault lies with the other, neither resolved my problem. As a result 3 weeks ago I decided the only option is to move service providers and I cancelled with Telkom with immediate effect ans signed with MWEB. After 3 weeks MWEB can still not connect as my ISP as Telkom still has not done the cancellation properly. So not only are they taking my money for a service I donlt have they are preventing me from moving the service.
