Warehouse out of stock

I recently took out a contract and managed to get great service from one of your guys at the Hemingways mall branch. I chose the Samsung J7 Pro but no stock was available. Strangely nobody seems to know when stock will arrive. I tried 081180 . Nobody picks up the phone on 10213...waited 40 minutes. This is unacceptable. When are you guys expecting stock on this unit? Why cant there be an eta (estimated time of arrival) from the Warehouse. Please help...
