Warehouse out of stock

Telkom, telkom, telkom, you want us to move over to you, but you dont have stock at the warehouse. We managed to get great service from one of your guys at the Greenstone mall branch, but you are slowing his service down by not having stock. We want the Samsung S6 32gb or the Note 4, but no stock. I have to phone 10213 to find out, and no one is able to let me know. This is bad. When are you guys expecting stock on these unit? Why cant there be an eta (estimated time of arrival) from the Warehouse. Come on guys, pull up your socks.
