Wanted to move to Telkom Mobile - waste of time

My family have been with Vodacom for many years. They are the most expensive network and I've experienced issues which have taken 7 days to resolve so was keen to look at alternatives.<br> <br> I have been interested to consider Telkom Mobile. Unfortunately their pre-sales process doesn't work. I attempted to choose a Voice & Data package. Instead of showing the offer I was interested in their website says \Ask Us\" and has a form to compete which I have done on 5 occasions: name, email, phone, ID etc. The problem is NO ONE seems to follow up on these (my) leads. <br> <br> My advise - No point bothering with Telkom Mobile unless you want to be frustrated by lack of service which is probably due to their really poor internal processes.
