Want to find out about the Add on deal

I have been going to a Telkom Direct store in Lakeside Mall to enquire about the add on deal for a sony Playstation 4 , as I have a existing adsl and telephone line with them. The Telkom Direct store in Lakeside Mall said they don't have stock and does not know who will have stock , so I must phone all the Telkom Direct shops in my area. I then phoned all the Telkom Direct shops in the country with not one shop answering their phones !!! I tried numerous times but still no answer . I even phoned the help line to see if they can assist , so they also said to phone Telkom direct shops. How do I get hold of someone to know if they have stock ?
