Want to cancel voice line!!!!!!!!

Been in the Greenacres office twice. They insist I have to give them my ID for cancellation. I'm looking for my ID but I issued them with my drivers licence and my passport but not one of the two will be accepted they say. I'm so glad that I don't have a debit order for the line. I just told them that I'll stop paying them. I've had a friend with me as a witness that I've been there and asked twice to cancel the line.
