Want to cancel our Business line

<p>We have been trying from November 2016 to cancel our Business line with Telkom.</p> <p>I emailed them all the information last week AGAIN for the 20th time. And set up so I will be able to see if they read the email.</p> <p>This morning I received the read or let me rather say Not read message saying the following:</p> <p>Was deleted without being read on 08 July 2017 01:46:10 PM.</p> <p>I cant belive this. </p> <p> </p>
