Want to cancel my account. Stuck in Germany

I am currently in Germany and cant get back into South Africa because of Covid.

I want to cancel my Telkom account but can't seem to get anyone to assist me.

I can not come in person to cancel my contract as I am in Germany.

I am an old man and dont know how to navigate Telkom online to cancel as it won't allow me to attach me account.
