want my 10 Gbps free data as i was promised.

telkom is a kaak service ,taking a contract with them proves to many to be a mistake.

On January I renwed contract with them,I took a phone p smart s huawei phone which comes with a 30 Gbps data,I received my first 10 Gbps for the first Month but now I only received my monthly data but not the free 10 Gbps.

the reason i took the contract was for the 30 Gbps promo package.

Please sort this issue out immediately
