Want feedback now... Pathetic consultants

Pathetic service... I'm currently on hold for 1 hour 15 mins... Consultant took my details an put me on hold this long an I'm still waiting an just now disconnected call. I've made about 15 calls this whole week an my line is still suspended when my installment is paid via debit order every month.. Never missed an installment. They have a credit limit for customers that they don't disclose an say my law they can't debit more that the credit limit even though my installment is higher that their credit limit.
