Want a refund and problem to be sorted out immediately !!!!

<p>I have had issues with my Telkom line for months, I have had problems with slow speed for MONTHS , however I have not complained or logged a fault, now it has become too extreme.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had a very serious problem with my telkom line in May, whereby the internet connection just disconnects and reconnects periodically ( every 5 – 10 mins ) i lodged a fault with Telkom in May, they closed the call without any contact with me the customer, i lodged another call through mweb ( also in May ), they inspected my line electronically and realized a constant drop in connection they saw some noise on the line, opened a call with telkom to come physically fix the line, who then closed the call again without making any contact with me the client.</p> <p> </p> <p>Out of frustration i called Mweb again and informed them of my problem, they ASSURED ME that they will escalate this problem and make sure a telkom representative contacts me and solves the problem, the call is still laying open, its over a month later now my whole business is run off this internet and telephone line, there is noise on the telephone calls, the internet is very unstable and sometimes unusable. This has cost my business on numerous occasions , and now is beginning to become a hazard not only to my business but my health with constant stress.</p> <p> </p> <p>The technician said there is physical damage on the line and needs to be replaced as its over 10 years old and has physical damage , he has never returened.</p> <p>i am however being billed as normal every month, and yet i have a unusable telephone line at times. I have attached a picture of the telephone line as its been for between 5 – 10 years now, and nothing has been done.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have record of only the last two fault numbers, I don’t have the initial 2 anymore but there have been 4 calls logged now and 3 have been closed already :</p> <p> </p> <p>telkom fault : 259CTK120617</p> <p> : 95ATK010617</p>
