Want a line in 2017 not 2020 - Installed but not activated

<p>The telkom technician installed the line on Monday 9th of January 2017, and gave me a phone number. After trying the line it is not activated. Phoned so many times the call centre, and eventually hang up due to waiting more than a hour. Went to the store and they tell me to phone the call centre, but they do not think that will speed up the process. I wanted a line already by 05/12/2016, but it has been more than a month later and I still dont have access to telephone.</p>
