Waiting waiting waiting

Hello,<br> <br> Last week Thursday I app**** online for the 5gig R99 a month deal with Telkom. At the end of the application I did not receive a ref number.<br> <br> Yesterday I finally received a call from Mbali at Telkom. After being on hold for 15 mins she eventually came back to tell me that the system was down and that she would call me back this morning. I asked for a reference number and she said she could not give me one but assured me that she has put my contact details into the system and I would receive a call at 8am....I'm still waiting for that call? Do I now have to wait another week for someone to contact me. I also thought that the 7 day turnaround time was to pre-approve me etc. Why call and then have my credit checked??<br> <br> Alex
