Waiting till death with no service

Done a upgrade on my cellphone contract at the telkom office in Hartenbos/Mosselbaai Langeberg mall. Thabang helped me with the upgrade but the phone i wanted wasn't have stock but Thabang assured me the manager ordered 2 and they are waiting for the courier and he should receive it within 1 week and then I will arrange a courier to collect. Needless to say 3 weeks down the line I found out Thabang **** about the phones whereabouts because its not with a courier and he cannot tell me when I will receive my phone. I asked him to have the manager call me which never happened and then I asked for the managers number which I still do not have.
