Waiting period too long!

I am currently in your Telkom store in the Boardwalk in Richards Bay. We have been standing in the queue for 40 minutes and it has not moved. The same two people are being helped. There are only two people working in this store today. There are still two people in front of me to be helped first. This was suppose to be a quick data purchase (for my ****le and for my phone,) but this is ridiculous. People are joining on to the queue and the people ahead of me and right behind are becoming irate.
