Waiting period to be assisted

Came to Telkom Menlyn to log a request for a fax line to be moved. Have been waiting for an hour, and not 1 of the 6 staff members working behind the counter have called out a number! Shop ahould move to Atterbury Value Mart where we do t need to pay parking fees. Worst service ever!!!!
