Waiting period for my phone

1/5 Stars - Unacceptable Waiting Period for New Contract

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from the Telkom store. I took out a contract last Monday, and while I understand that they may not always have stock, the waiting period is unacceptable.

I was told that I'm on a waiting list of 15 people and might only receive my phone in January. This is despite the fact that online orders are fulfilled within 2-5 working days. It's unfair that I have to wait for weeks while others receive their devices promptly.

I question the professionalism and efficiency of Telkom. What's the point of having a physical store if customers have to wait for an excessively long time?

I hope Telkom takes my complaint seriously and takes immediate action to improve their customer service.
