Waiting period

I recieved my Telkom router on Monday for the Lte uncapped deal. It's Friday tomorrow & it is still not up & running. No one phones or confirms if it's been activated but it's a supposed 24 hour wait. The sales guy was super helpful with signing me into the contract but once done - that's their job done & I dont know who takes over the technical side. Spent so much money on data for work & university. Never wanted to go with Telkom initially because of service.
