Waiting over a month for installation!

Huis Ougoud is a retirement village for people above 60 years. Two new passages have been built on, currently we have 3 new residents that would like to make use of Telkom's lines. Everything possible has been done from the centre's side including installing lines for the telephones. Residents have reference numbers from Telkom which they received when applying for a line.<br> <br> After numerous telephone calls made by the residents, their children, even one persons attorney, as well as the centre itself, still we have received no reaction and nobody's telephone has been installed. The residents are old and living alone and are unable to use cellphone's due to physical shortcomings.<br> <br> Older people are part of a vulnerable group and we would like to ask Telkom if there is nothing they can do to speed up this process. Peter from Welkom does not appear to not be able to help these residents.
