Waiting over a month for a phoneline

I would give Telkom a 0 if I could. I have placed an order for a phone line almost a month ago. To date I have not received a call from a technician. I was advised I would receive a call for set up within a week. I have since called in twice and both times I was told that I would be contacted within 72 hours. I still haven't heard anything. I have since complained on twitter, and a day later I haven't even received a response. I am at my wits end and wonder what it will take to get a response. Please can someone get back to me, I need my line set up urgently?
