waiting over a month

Moved to our new premises and asked for a Telkom line to be installed. It has taken over a month for anyone to attend to me and now they have come back with problems but no solutions. I'm still paying for this pathetic service provider , they happy to take your money and ***** the rest of the service. One can also get hold of no one that knows anything.
