waiting over 2 weeks

Hi I went over two weeks ago to open an additional contract with Telkom mobile for an S6 edge plus and they said they going to order the device but now over 2 weeks later I get told everytime there is no stock and they do not know when they will receive stock, why even advertise the device when the stores clearly do not have the device and plus they not even sure what to tell customers I feel its very unprofessional im thinking of goung to another provider this is the first time im experiencing such diffculty ive always had good service thats why I am so disappointed.
