waiting only for telkom so I can have internet

Good day. 2weeks ago my telephone line was supposed to be installed on the thursday by telkom so that mweb can come install and activate my uncapped internet wich I need for a new project I started..my own bussiness. Took off from work to be home when they come,waited,phoned them and they assured me that they would be here between 3pm - 5pm. They never came. Same next day. No call back to let me know whats goin on.
