Waiting on LG G4

On the 3 September my contract with Telkom mobile was approved with the LG 4 handset, Telkom mobile advertised it and they sold me the contract with the phone and there is still no stock. I should not be begging for clarity on when it will be arriving it has now been 2 weeks with not one concrete answer. This whole we will be in contact as soon as we find out is not on. All I want is a answer, cause if this is going to take to much longer I might as well go to the other cellular providers.
