Waiting on a reimbur*****t of funds from last year 2020

Currently waiting on a reimbur*****t of funds from last year 2020. I made a cancellation of services and due to Telkoms pay in arrears policy. I paid for a month after cancellation and i would like the funds paid to my account. Amount of R719,27 Its unacceptable that we have to just lose money and accepts that telecom business will not pay our money back.
