Waiting more than a month for a R700 refund

<p> On 12 September 2016 I requested assistance from Nothando Nxumalo from the call centre regarding a refund for ADSL installation Telkom could (once again) not provide. I mailed ehr my documents and to date ahve not heard anything from her.</p> <p>I went to the Tygervalley branch who then logged the refund request on 02 October. I was told o wait 14 working days. it is now more than 20 business days later and I have heard nothing from Telkom. NOTHING.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm hoping someone in Telkom will see this and assist me.</p>
