Waiting longer than 2 weeks for an upgrade thats sgill not done

Telkom is the most PATHETIC internet/vdsl provider!!!!! I have upgraded to a 20mb line 2 weeks ago, but its not yet done after numerous calls and visits to our telkom store. Why does it take soooo long???????

I would not recommend this provider for anyone!! They are pathetic and slow in getting things done. Other companies dont take this long. . . 2 weeks for an upgrade- what a joke , and its still not done.

Dont ever use telkom! They SUCK
