Waiting in an endless queue in an over staffed department

I entered telkom midland liberty mall. The queue was long as per normal. I have been waiting 30 min and the queue has only shortened by 2 people. What annoys me is the fact that the queue is so long and they hav four service tills open. I have counted 6 other staff members floating around doing nothing. Total lack of service!
