Waiting hours for out of stock item

I went to telkom mobile in centurion mall. Upon arrivel I enquired whether they hage stock of the Lenovo Ideapad. The assistant went to check, and informed me that they do have stock, I can wait in line to do my upgrade.<br> I waited in line for 2 hours (during which there was only one person in front of me) just to be informed at the counter that suddenly there is no stock of this item.<br> This after I went to another telkom mobile branch twice earlier today who basically has almost nothing in stock, and then struggled for the rest of the day with systems offline.<br> <br> I am utterly dissapointed for the entire day which was wasted and still I have not upgraded.<br> <br> I might as well cancel my contract as they also never answer their landlines when one calls.
