Waiting from July last year!

<p>I submitted a cancellation of my landline in July 2016 at Telkom Greenstone Mall. I was billed continually R589 per month until November 2016. Six months billed for a total of <strong>R3534</strong>. I requested a refund on this amount and after at least 10 times in contact with Telkom i am now told i shall only be refunded <strong>R2075</strong>. I have put in two disputes against this with Telkom and i have been told i will be contacted by Telkom since January 2017. I have still not been contacted by Telkom. Telkom is pathetic. Reference number for latest dispute is ********** 3.</p>
