Waiting forever for service in Eikestad mall

So in Eikestad Mall it is almost impossible to get help from a Telkom sales person in lunch time hours, I have been going to the store for about 10-20 min each day for the last 5 working days, that is my waiting time! I would just simply like to get a quote on changing my contract from MTN to Telkom but the waiting experience has been pretty bad so far. Yes i know i am going lunch time but this is obviously when most people who has full time jobs go to the shops to sort out things like this. It occurred to me that every time i get to the shop, two staff members leaves the shop to go on lunch. Unfortunately the lunch time is the busy time, so when you most need the staff members to be at the desk they leave? Props to the ticket Que machine, hence to the two star. Today i have gone back and waited minutes in total and my ticket says "Q time approximately 7 minutes" , i only get a 30min lunch break so i had to leave. Now tell me Telkom, can i make an appointment at your branches? Because how else will i ever get help? Do you not want my money?
