Waiting Forever For Black Friday Deal of 2017

Good day

I am an existing telkom mobile contract customer. On the 24th of November 2017 I called the Telkom call centre to apply for the Samsung J7 Pro deal for R199 which was the black friday special.

After holding for ages, it is I spoke to a lady, and which I don't remember her name. She told me that she has all my details on her system she confirmed the device and package which was the j7 pro on the black friday free me deal and she told me she will continue to process the application and she would call me if she needed any other information from me. She said the device would be delivered to me, she confirmed my address which was on the system as delivery address. I asked how long would It take for delivery and she said it's dependant on stock at the warehouse and she would call me when she gets confirmation.

And unfortunately till now I never heard anything from telkom as yet and I'm still waiting for the j7
