Waiting for Wi-fire since April 29th

<p>Since the 29th of April we have been told that Telkom does not have modems. We recently got an sms saying we must go to Baywest Telkom to collect the device. There was a "provisional" date of installation schedule for the 9th of June. The previous time the same thing had happened but their so-called technician never came to my house. I'm counting the days since the 29th of April, no call only smsed but I even paid for this thing. </p>
