Waiting for the repair for telkom line 012-348

<p>Our line 012-348 was down since 2012/02/10. We called the helpline and got the reference number is Fault 39CTK120217. Yesterday received the short message mentioned that the fault is in hand with the technical repair deision. But today, there is no body contacted with us for fixing the problem. The line down really impact our life and we can not use the phone and internet. Our concern is hoping Telkom will send techicans to fix this problem asap instead of waiting for a week or longer.</p>
