Waiting for the past 3 months for an Installation.

Good day<br> <br> I have been waiting since June 2015 for a telephone line to be installed. <br> <br> I keep getting SMS texts and calls that the Technician will be out to my residence but to no avail. <br> <br> The owner of the plot has also had his land line disconnected during this process of proposed installation.<br> <br> I do not have another option or I would have gone elsewhere. <br> <br> This is rather frustrating, I require assistance immediately.
