WAITING FOR STOCK SINCE JULY 2015

I app**** for a Samusng Tab A contract in July 2015.I was told they were waiting for stock and were going to call me as soon as they receive it..Im still waiting till this day....Recently I was referred to Clearwater mall,I went there 2-3 weeks ago and re-filled a new application form with an agent called Zodwa.Same promise was made to me...Today I decide to go back and enquire,my application was never processed and Zodwa lost all my forms.She asked me to come back at 14h30 as I had already spent more than 80 minutes while she was looking for them..Icame back at 14-45 and I was told that she went out.I left my numbers wth another agent and asked to be called back ASAP s I couldn`t wait any longer..Its now 19h47 and Im still waiting to be called.....WHY SHOULD I WAIT THE ENTIRE YEAR FOR A SIMPLE GADGET???!!!!!!!!!!!!
