Waiting for someone to call me about a fault

<p>I started having problem on Monday 27 Feb with my line, it just died.</p> <p>I contected telkom and opened a fault with them, the next day they said they send it to there testing center and if they can't fix it from there a technician will be assigned to the problem, for the last 3 days they said one has been assigned and that he will contect me about the problem. Now its Friday and still no one has come back to me, if you contact live chat technical they just keep telling you the samething. It looks like a copy and paste message they keep giving you......</p> <p><br />Fault: 694CTK270217 h<br /><br /></p> <p> </p> <p>Please if someone that can actually help me come back to me that would be appreciated.</p>
