Waiting for someone to answer for an hour

Good Day<br> <br> I dread having to deal with Telkom. They don't answer the lines and take forever to assist in anything. I waited for more than an hour on the line for someone to answer. And then they send me to Mweb. I am so done with the non existing service. Your motto should change to we dont care about customers.<br> <br> Pathetic company<br>
